These are our go-to favorite snacks to reach for when we’re feeling peckish in between meals. These ideas are nutritious, satisfying, and easy. We’ve given you suggested portion sizes and calorie estimations to help you stay on track with your weight goals!

Sweet:

  • 1/2 of an apple + 1 tablespoon of peanut butter = 150 calories
  • 1 medium orange + 1 ounce of premium dark chocolate = 217 calories
  • 3/4 cup of fresh blueberries + 1 tablespoon of dark chocolate chips = 114 calories
  • 1/2 of an apple + 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk + 1 tablespoons dark chocolate chips = 178 calories
  • 1/3 cup of fresh blueberries + 1 tablespoon of dark chocolate chips + 1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk = 123 calories
  • 1/2 cup of fresh raspberries + 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk = 77 calories

 

 

 

Salty:

  • 2 medium carrots + 2 tablespoons of  hummus = 100 calories
  • 1/2 of a medium red bell pepper, sliced + 1 medium carrot + 3 tablespoons of hummus = 115 calories
  • 2 tablespoons of unsalted dry-roasted almonds + 1 ounce of cheddar cheese =  218 calories
  • 1/4 cup of unsalted dry-roasted peanuts = 214 calories
  • 1 ounce of cheddar cheese + 5 gluten-free crackers = 164 calories
  • 3 tablespoons of hummus + 10 gluten-free crackers = 186 calories

 

 

Bit of Both:

  • 1 ounce of cheddar cheese + 1 medium apple = 205 calories
  • 1 hard-boiled egg + 1 ounce of cheddar cheese + 5 gluten-free crackers = 241
  • 2/3 cup of fresh raspberries + 2 tablespoons of dry-roasted unsalted almonds = 145 calories
  • 2 tablespoons of unsalted dry-roasted almonds + 1/3 cup of blueberries = 131 calories
  • 3 tablespoons of unsalted dry-roasted almonds + 1 medium orange = 216
